wait, here's the REAL punchline -- a twofer.

A) Cheney shot a Republican
B) the guy didn't give him his license because he LOVED Bush and was afraid if he gave Cheney a hunting license, Cheney would shoot Bush.

I hope this whole accident does not set a precedent for Cheney in the future. Like he shoots the President "by accident."
